Woman run down by boar on train tracks

"...suffered a minor injury to her knee after the boar racing along the Tobu Koizumi Line tracks slammed into her as she traversed a railroad crossing.

Police said the crossing the woman had been using had a gate and warning lights and bells, but these had not been activated because the tracks were being used by the wild animal and not a train."

"Fire officers in protective suits spent two hours inspecting the substance before concluding it was jelly."
The spillage was traced to a wedding party. The newly-wed groom, who was woken up and informed of the alert, promised to clean up the mess.

Things have been pretty busy throughout the year thus far, my energy comes and goes and sometimes I just feel so tired.
Life has ups and downs - but at least the cool weather today is wonderful and refreshing.
Time to do a little shopping I think...then back for study

"Man nabbed for licking little girls' tongues"...says the headline from the Mainichi News online...

"Telling the girl he was going to perform an examination for tooth decay, he made her open her mouth, then licked her tongue, law enforcers said." Very odd indeed...

"...[the man] reportedly attracted the girls' attention by showing them hamsters and beetles"

So the moral of the story is, beware anybody who wants to show you hamsters or beetles...
